MCLEAN, Va., December 27, 2010Global Defense Technology & Systems, Inc. (NASDAQ: GTEC), a provider of mission-critical, technology-based systems, solutions and services for national security agencies and programs of the U.S. government, today announced that the company has secured a $48 million contract to provide Expeditionary Field Kitchens (EFK) to the United States Marine Corps (USMC).  The five-year contract calls for GTEC to provide a maximum of 150 EFKs and includes initial orders totaling over $21 million.
