FBI IT Triple S

FBI Technology Supplies and Support Services (IT Triple S) provides for contractor support to assist with the myriad of complex projects and programs critical to the FBI’s mission and daily operations. The vehicle is designed to increase cost savings to the government, increase opportunities for small businesses, and provide for expertise and excellence in project and program management.  

With a $30 billion ceiling over an eight year period, zero-fee for use and a broad base of large and small business contractors, IT Triple S facilitates efficient and cost effective acquisition of contractor support to all Department of Justice agencies. The vehicle requires 40% revenue allocation to small business sub-contractors to help the development of small and growing businesses and enables a broad selection of service providers.

SeaPort Enhanced (SeaPort-e)

The Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA) Warfare Centers established the Seaport Enhanced (SeaPort-e) Multiple Award Contract (MAC). This contract vehicle utilizes a web-based, e-business procurement portal, to facilitate performance-based service acquisition, leverage buying power, improve business intelligence, and reduce cycle time.

The ordering community of SeaPort-e has expanded to include all Virtual Systems Command (SYSCOM) activities. Other activities, including the Military Sealift Command, Strategic Systems Programs, Defense Threat Reduction Agency (DTRA), and the United States Marine Corps have also chosen to use SeaPort-e. 

DHS Eagle

Sotera is a subcontractor to SAIC on the DHS Eagle contract vehicle.  Enterprise Acquisition Gateway for Leading Edge Solutions (EAGLE) serves as a department-wide platform for acquiring IT service solutions in five functional categories (FC's):
